锯齿形毛刺机
      锯齿形板坯毛刺机是我公司自主研发、制作的机电一体化成套设备，已获得国家专利。该设备由主机、液压系统、冷却系统、电气控制系统及毛刺收集装置构成。主要采用了特种材质的锯齿形刮刀，在液压马达的驱动下进行横向往复锯动，与纵向运行相结合，提高了板坯去毛刺的效果，去毛刺率达到97%以上。
      锯齿形板坯毛刺机具有使用成本低、去毛刺效果显著、维护更换方便等优点，是项目更新改造的首选设备。

Sawtooth deburring machine

     The sawtooth slab deburring machine is an electromechanical integrated equipment developed and manufactured independently by our company, which has obtained national patents. The equipment consists of a host, a hydraulic system, a cooling system, an electrical control system, and a burr collection device. A special material is used for the serrated scraper. The hydraulic motor performs horizontal reciprocating sawing. Combined with longitudinal operation, the effect of deburring of the slab is improved, and the deburring rate is above 97%.
     The sawtooth slab deburring machine has the advantages of low cost, significant deburring effect, convenient maintenance and replacement, and is the preferred equipment for project renewal.
